Tasting notes:
This wine has a brilliant light salmon color. In the nose the fruity aromas of strawberry, raspberry jam, cherry and cranberry dominate. Very fresh and fruity on the palate, balanced and easily drinkable. A summer wine per excellence.

Winemaking report:
After short skin maceration the grape solids haw been removed and the grape juice ferments in steel tanks in low temperature environment. Co-vinification of the varieties.
Aging potential:
Potential age up to 4 years. Ideal serving temperature between 12-15ο C.
Food matches:
This rose is a perfect outdoor wine. It is convenient to greek antipasti, bean salad with sweet onions or sepia from the barbecue. Ideal for dishes of Asian food.
