Tasting notes: Fresh with spicy notes of citrus, (grapefruit peel, lemon peel) and green asparagus. Aromatic fresh herbal twist with apple and sage on nose herbs. Promise of aromatic follows through on palate, which is crisp and has intense, spicy, supple fruit with honey touches and white pepper. Smooth mineral and salinity touch in very long aftertaste.

Winemaking report:

Further to skin contact, to enhance the extraction of aromas it is fermented in stainless steel tank. Every variety maturated on lees for a few months. Then continue with the blend cuvee.

Aging potential:

Potential age up to 3 years. Ideal serving temperature is 12-15ο C.

Food matches:

Roasted scallopson green asparagus salad and lemon vinaigrette are among the dishes which match perfectly with this wine.
