Tasting notes:

Seductive aroma with a touch of citrus, tropical dry fruits (papaya, pineapple), herbs, vanilla and hazelnut. On the palate soft, tender and creamy, modernly made nonetheless still very greek. In return highly rich in extracts and well balanced.

Winemaking report:

50% of the must is fermented in French and American oak barrels and 50% in stainless steel tanks. Then blended and aging for 9 months in barriques (American and French oak).

Aging potential:

Potential age up to 5 years. Ideal serving temperature is 12-15ο C.

Food matches:

It would perfectly accompany walnut ricotta-ravioli with lemon-thyme and fennel seeds.
